Pricing depends on lot size and how complicated the site is, and we go through it with you on the consultation rather than publishing a number that will not fit your property. When you build with us, design is part of the project.

Anything we specify has to handle heavy clay, a brutal August, and a hard freeze every few winters. That rules out a lot of what looks good at a garden center in April.

What holds up here: live oak, cedar elm, and red oak for shade. Dwarf yaupon, boxwood, and Texas sage for structure. Muhly grass and gulf muhly for movement and fall color. Salvia, lantana, and autumn sage for color that survives the heat.

We also design for what a plant becomes, not what it is on delivery day. Most crowded, overgrown landscapes were planted correctly for year one and never thought about for year five.
