Walkways, plazas, and walls built to commercial standards.

Commercial hardscape has to perform: walkways, plazas, and walls see constant foot traffic, and they have to stay safe, level, and presentable for years. The difference between hardscape that lasts and hardscape that fails is what happens below the surface.

What's included in our commercial hardscaping service

Scope, pricing, scheduling, and how we work with managers and boards.

What does commercial hardscaping cost?

Commercial work is priced by scope and site, not by a published rate card. The drivers are property size, how much of it is planted, access and traffic constraints, and whether the work is a one-time enhancement or a recurring program.

We quote a fixed scope with line-item pricing, so a board or an owner can approve it without guessing what is included. Where a project runs in phases, each phase is priced separately so budget can be approved on your cycle rather than ours.

How do you work with property managers and boards?

The thing most vendors get wrong is communication, not landscaping. What you get from us:

  • One point of contact who knows your property, not a call center
  • Written scopes clear enough to take straight to a board
  • Scheduled work with notice before crews are on site
  • Photo documentation of completed work for your records and reporting
  • Proactive flags on irrigation, drainage, and tree issues before they become capital expense

Boards approve what they can understand. Owners renew what they can measure.

Why does this work matter to the asset?

Grounds are the first thing a tenant, resident, or customer sees, and the last thing anyone notices when it is done well. Poor grounds cost real money through leasing friction, complaints, and deferred problems that become capital repairs.

In North Texas there is a second factor. The clay soil here swells and shrinks with moisture, which is why parking islands heave, walks lift, and water ends up against foundations. Grounds work that ignores grade and drainage stores up expense rather than preventing it.

How do you handle scheduling and disruption?

We schedule around your operations rather than ours. That means early or off-peak work where traffic matters, staged phasing on occupied properties, and clear notice so managers are never fielding surprise calls from tenants or residents.

Every crew works to leave the property cleaner than they found it, which sounds obvious and is the most common complaint about the vendor a property just fired.

Where do you work?

We serve commercial properties across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, from Arlington and Fort Worth through Dallas and up the corridor to Frisco, Prosper, and Celina. If you manage multiple properties across the metroplex, one contract covers them.

Yes, from courtyard and plaza installations to extensive walkway networks and engineered retaining walls.
